Welcome to TeamPet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TeamPet mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Team Pet ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeamPet is a comprehensive pet care management application that allows users to:

• Track and manage multiple pets' activities, health records, and care schedules
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers through team features
• Store and organize medical records, vaccination schedules, and veterinary appointments
• Set reminders for feeding, medication, grooming, and other pet care activities
• Communicate with team members through in-app messaging
• Access cloud-based data synchronization across devices

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that happen under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit or share any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Team Pet and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service and its contents
• Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Service

TeamPet is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Team Pet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
