Delete your Team Pet account

How to find account settings, request help, and manage subscriptions separately.

Before deleting

Account deletion is permanent. Save any information you need and coordinate with other caregivers before proceeding. Read the privacy policy for data handling and retention details.

Find your account settings

  1. Open Team Pet and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings, then Account Settings.
  3. If the account deletion option is available, read the in-app information and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot find the option or cannot access the app, email teampet@myyahoo.com to request assistance. Use the email associated with your account; do not send your password.

Manage subscriptions separately

Do not assume deleting an account cancels a store subscription. Check the subscription settings in the store where you subscribed and follow its cancellation instructions.
